A 6-month journey for women who are ready to step into the most authentic version of themselves and create a life that feels deeply aligned.
The books, the courses, the therapy, the podcasts. You've built a life that looks good from the outside.
And yet, something still feels off.
You second-guess yourself. You give more than you receive. You know what you want, but something keeps stopping you from claiming it.
You're not broken. You're not behind. You just haven't had the right container.
There's a pilot light in you that's still on, even if it's down to an ember. This isn't about starting a fire from nothing. It's about turning the flame back up, and remembering what it feels like to burn warm again.
From a woman who is constantly trying to make life happen
To a woman who trusts herself enough to allow life to unfold through her.
Because that's really what this is. Gathering the parts of yourself you've set down along the way, somewhere between building a career and building everyone else's life. The dream that didn't quite make it to this version of you. The instinct you learned to quiet because it was easier. The part of you that was still curious, before curiosity started to feel like a luxury.
Six months isn't about becoming someone new. It's about bringing her back, and this time, letting her stay.
Trust yourself in a way you haven't before
Know what you actually want, and believe you deserve it
Feel the fear and move forward anyway
Receive love, support, and abundance with ease
Stand in a sisterhood that sees you at your highest
Come home to yourself, for good
You chose yourself this year. You went to Whistler. You sat in that room, week after week, and you were witnessed. You uncovered the blocks that had been standing in the way, and found out they were also the stepping stones.
Close your eyes for a second and feel into it. What does it feel like to wake up already living the life you were always meant to live? Authentic to who you actually are, without performing, without the mask, without pretending to be someone you're not.
You're not waiting anymore. Not for the conditions to be perfect, not for permission. You're already living it, and you're so excited for what comes next.
Two days in the mountains, held in a private chalet designed for exactly this. Group sessions, shared meals, deep rest, deep connection.
You know that feeling at the end of a retreat when you don't want to leave? That's where we begin.
And because you'll be supported for the next six months, the momentum doesn't stop when you drive home.
We chose late October on purpose. It's that moment after summer ends and the kids are back in school, when the noise quiets down just enough for a real question to surface: do I want another year like this one? If something in you is already answering that question, that's exactly why we're starting here.

My journey into coaching began during my years working in healthcare. I noticed that many people weren't truly being listened to — symptoms were treated, but often no one was looking at the bigger picture: the stressors, experiences, relationships, beliefs, and circumstances shaping a person's well-being.
There was so much emphasis on fixing people quickly that many felt like they were on a conveyor belt rather than being seen as whole human beings. As I reflected, I realized the same pattern exists far beyond healthcare. Many women spend their lives trying to fit into molds created by family, society, careers, and expectations — and become disconnected from themselves in the process.
I began to see that most people weren't suffering from a lack of information. They were suffering from disconnection. That curiosity led me to study coaching, human behavior, and nervous system regulation at a deeper level.
While a podcast can spark awareness, this container creates transformation. I want women to walk through that door in Whistler and feel relief — permission to exhale, and the sense that they don't have to have all the answers here. Just a room, and a community, where they can finally stop holding it all together.
My reckoning came at 48. Years as a consultant, then a tech entrepreneur and digital marketing leader, had taught me how to adapt, deliver, and succeed in environments that were never designed for my body, my emotional life, or the way I actually move through the world. I thought that was just what success cost.
Then came the collapse. COVID-era depletion, hormonal chaos, an unraveling I couldn't explain. I had an MBA. I had built and exited a company. I had every credential that was supposed to mean I'd figure this out. What I needed wasn't to fix myself. It was to remember myself.
That was the moment I understood what most health advice misses. It was never about more information. It was about the parts of me that had learned to keep me safe by keeping me stuck, patterns that had been quietly running the show for years. In midlife, the hormonal shifts that used to buffer all of it start to thin, and the body has a way of bringing what it can no longer hold to the surface. I'm not running this program anymore, it says. And it means it.
I no longer believe midlife is a decline. I believe it's an invitation, a moment when our physiology itself supports transformation, when the noise gets too loud to ignore and we finally have to listen. The door is already open, and I now accompany women through that same metabolic and hormonal transition, holding the biology and the inner work together.
This is what I bring into the room: the understanding that the body and the inner life are never separate, and the belief that women here don't need to be fixed. They need to be met.
Applications aren't open yet. Add your name below and you'll be the first to know the moment they are, before anyone else hears a word about it.
You've felt the feeling. At the retreat. The weekend away.
The moment you came home to yourself.
Now imagine if that was just the beginning.
We'd love to walk this journey with you.
